The CVA Art Club’s “Empty Bowls” fundraiser raised $270 that will be donated to the local food pantry. Art Club student sold handmade ceramic bowls periods 5 and 6 outside the cafeteria.

“We had approximately 30 handmade bowls of various sizes and colors for sale this week. I want to stress that every dollar we make is donated to the local food pantry to help fill an empty bowl in our community,” said art teacher and club advisor Christina Korba.

Small bowls sold for $5 and large bowls for $10.
