Central Valley CSD was contacted by the media today, asking why the district was named in a press release as a school that had failed to submit its school reopening plan. That plan had been successfully submitted to the New York State Education Department on Friday, July 31. A NYSED email confirmed receipt and acceptance of the plan. The district also completed a Department of Health affirmation on the same date.
"We were informed that we will be taken off the list," said Superintendent Jeremy Rich.
