Central Valley Central School District asks all K-8 parents/guardians to complete the following survey regarding instructional preferences and transportation needs for the second half of the school year — February 1 - June 25, 2021.
If you choose virtual learning, you acknowledge:
- This commitment is for the remainder of the 2020-21 school year. (If New York State lifts COVID restrictions, Central Valley will make every effort to bring ALL students back for in-person learning.)
- You understand that you are responsible for ensuring that your child is in attendance, fully participating in the instruction, completing assigned coursework, and is logged into the school online instruction platform for the entire school day.
- You certify that your child has access to stable internet that allows them to participate fully in the remote district instruction and coursework each school day.
All responses must be submitted no later than Monday, Dec. 7 at 4 p.m.
