Quarantines in Transportation Dept force district to virtual learning

Due to required and precautionary COVID quarantines in the Central Valley transportation department, all Central Valley students will be virtual Tuesday, Feb. 2 - Monday, Feb 8. Regular schedules will resume on Tuesday, Feb. 9. CTE & P-Tech may attend their courses at BOCES if they can arrange transportation.

"The quarantines leave the district without adequate staff to schedule, drive, maintain, and clean our buses," said Superintendent Jeremy Rich.

" For this reason, we have no alternative except to go virtual for all students. I regret that we cannot offer in-person education due to the quarantine of our transportation staff."
