Meningitis immunization reminder for 7th & 12th graders

Central Valley CSD sent a phone, text, and email message to the families of current seventh and twelfth who do not have proof of a Meningitis booster or a one-time immunization after their 16th birthday.

Under New York State law (learn more), all seventh and twelfth graders must have proof of immunization or must be excluded from school after September 18, 2018. For more information, contact the CVA nurse at 315-894-5000 ext 55911.

Immunizations are available from your health care professional or at the Herkimer County Immunization Clinic (see below).
