Jarvis NJHS spreads holiday cheer at Mohawk Homestead

Holidays are often hard for those living away from family in retirement and nursing homes.

In December, members of the Jarvis National Junior Honor Society did their part to make the holidays a bit brighter for residents of the Mohawk Homestead. NJHS advisor Shannon Buttacaroli, guidance secretary Amy Murphy and the students made two visits, singing Christmas Carols, making crafts, playing Bingo, and distributing gifts that they brought with them.
