To lessen the burden on local families during the district's virtual learning Dec. 14-22, Central Valley will make next-day breakfasts and bagged lunches available for district students for pickup or delivery.

From 10 a.m. to noon Mondays through Fridays, the meals will be available at the following locations while school is closed:

  • The loop in front of Central Valley Academy
  • The main entrance of Fisher Elementary School
  • Central locations in the villages and along rural routes

Meals will be distributed along the following routes throughout the district:

Route 1 (Mohawk)

  • 10:15 a.m. – Intersection of E. Main Street and Bellinger Street
  • 10:30 a.m. – Intersection of E. Main Street and New York Street
  • 10:45 a.m. – Intersection of Grove Street and W. Center Street

Route 2 – Ilion

  • 10 a.m. – Swan Pools
  • 10:15 a.m. – Remington Apartments
  • 10:30 a.m. – Pathways Academy (former Remington Elementary)
  • 10:45 a.m. – Intersection of W. Clark Street and Grant Street

Route 3 – Ilion

  • 10 a.m. – Ilion Heights
  • 10:15 a.m. – Colonial Manor
  • 10:30 a.m. – Intersection of N/S Fourth Avenue and Second Street
  • 10:45 a.m. – Intersection of Otsego Street and John Street

For the following rural routes, residents can call 315-866-2140 after 8 a.m. to request a delivery. Deliveries will take place between 10:15 a.m. to noon:

Route 4 – Regular bus routes 2, 4, 5, 9

Route 5 – Regular bus routes 3, 6, 11, 13
