Central Valley CSD will conduct student athlete physicals 9-11 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 4 and Wednesday, Aug. 19 in the Jarvis Middle School nurse's office.
Sports physicals are by appointment only. Appointments are in 10-minute intervals and everyone must wear a mask in accordance with New York's school COVID protocols. Contact the Jarvis nurse at lkudrewicz@cvalleycsd.org or 315-894-5000 x89511 to schedule your appointment.
Use the entrance at the rear of the building to the left of the cafeteria entrance.
