Jarvis Middle School will host the "Be Kind Carnival" scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 23 is postponed. A new date has yet to be determined. 

All Herkimer County youth and parents are welcome for:

  • Fun,
  • Games,
  • Prizes,
  • Face painting,
  • Music & more.
