Connected Community School - a family resource

Central Valley Central School District partners with Connected Community Schools to help support district families

Connected Central Valley is able to help families connect with community resources. These community resources can include:

  • Mental Health Referrals,
  • Supportive Services,
  • Housing Assistance,
  • SNAP Assistance,
  • Finding a doctor or dentist,
  • And much more!

We also offer families critical items such as

  • Food
  • Hygiene products
  • School supplies

Visit your building HUB

Each building has a HUB and a site coordinator that is available to help you and your family.

A HUB is a safe space for students to visit during the day to obtain any items they might need to be successful in school. These items include school supplies, a snack or clothing. They can also speak with the site coordinator in that HUB.

If you or your family are in need of any assistance, please complete this Referral Form.

A site coordinator will then contact you directly to talk with you and assess any needs you might have.
