Fall sports physicals

Fall sports physicals will be offered on:

• Varsity/JV - Wednesday, July 31 at CVA beginning at 9 a.m.
• Modified - Thursday, Aug, 22, 2024 at Jarvis beginning at 9 a.m.

Physicals are on a first-come first-served basis. Students need to arrive at the school by 8:30 a.m. in order for the students to be prescreened prior to being seen by the provider.

Note:  All Blue Cards and private physicals are due in the nurse's office the week of July 29th.
