Adirondack Bank and the American Heart Association have presented CVA with a Hands-Only CPR kit. The kit contains 10 each of mannequins, kneeling pads, replacement airways, and AED simulators, and other supplies to teach students critical life-saving skills.
"We are honored to be just one of 10 area schools to receive a kit," said CVA Principal Dick Keeler.
Said Kristen E. Bourgeois, Adirondack Bank Senior VP Retail Banking, “Adirondack Bank is proud to support CVA School through the donation of Hands‑Only CPR kits, helping to educate students on a simple yet life‑saving technique. Cardiac emergencies can happen anywhere—in classrooms, at athletic events, or even while walking to class—and immediate action can make all the difference. By investing in CPR education, Adirondack Bank is empowering the next generation of lifesavers with skills that can save lives when seconds matter. Through our sponsorship with the American Heart Association, we have provided Hands‑Only CPR kits to 10 local schools throughout our community, and we are grateful to include CVA School among them.”
