Course to offer support for mothers and daughters

Beginning in September, Herkimer County System of Care is offering an 8-week course for mothers and daughters. Location is to be determined. Learn to:

• Build stronger relationships through listening, art, and fun activities,
• Practice empathy,
• Talk and listen better,
• Manage stress,
• Set healthy boundaries,
• Talk about what it means to grow up as a girl,
• Take responsibility in relationships, and
• Support each other alongside a community of other women and girls.
