The Panarites Medical Award is available for application to any CVA Alum who fits the below criteria, there will only be one such award given each school year. All below information should be sent to the CVCSD Foundation, 111 Frederick St., Ilion, New York 13357 c/o JoAnn Duga, CVCSD Foundation President.
- Transcripts of high school and undergraduate education.
- Letter of acceptance into a certified medical school, or post graduate training for Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant.
- 500-word essay outlining future goals in chosen field of a Physician, Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant.
This award will only be given to one person each school year.
Those not chosen and still in college may reapply the following school year.
Deadline - August 1st for all applications each school year.
