Storyline

Based on the 1992 film of the same name, "Sister Act" tells the story of Deloris, a lounge singer who witnesses a murder. For her protection, police hide her in a struggling city convent where her worldly lifestyle puts her at odds with Mother Superior. Things thaw when Deloris shares her musical talents with the sisters in the choir. They soon attract the attention of the community—and the thugs searching for Deloris.

The production features music by Alan Menken and lyrics by Glenn Slater. CVA choral teacher Mark Bunce directs and Trevor Jones choreographs the show.
