LINK system can help

If you know someone who may need help, the LINK system can assist with any struggle, worry, or need that may arise. If you see someone needing help (whether it's tangible items, assistance with housing, mental health, primary care, or anything, please contact your building's site coordinator.

December Hours

The HUBs have special hours in December. This is a great chance to drop in and speak to the site coordinators. You can get food, hygiene items, and school supplies and learn how Connected Community Schools can help with other needs.

  • Barringer/Fisher Open HUB—2-4 p.m. on Wed., Dec. 13 in the Barringer Road cafeteria. Contact Taylor at taylorp@connectedcs.org or 315-832-2622 with any questions.
  • Jarvis Open HUB & Breakfast—9 a.m.-noon on Tue., Dec. 26  in the Jarvis. Call or text Donna at 315-945-0908 to reserve a spot.
  • CVA Stop  & Shop—3-5 p.m. on Tue. Dec. 19. Call or text Indya at 315-269-3343 to sign up.

Students know the HUB; families should, too!

The HUB is a safe space for students. Each HUB offers students a safe place to visit. They can grab a snack, relax and socialize with friends, or talk with a site coordinator. They can find clothes and school supplies. Families visit can find winter gear, food, school supplies, hygiene items, and more. Just contact your site coordinator and learn how Connected Community Schools can help any family with life's challenges.
