The Board of Education’s Special Meeting was called to order by President Sanchez at 5:32 p.m. in the Central Valley District Office Conference Room.  The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all those present.

Note: Board Member, Travis Costin, participated virtually at the following location:

• 1290 Arsenal St. Watertown, NY 13601; United States.

The electronic meeting was held via Zoom.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

On a motion made by Mr. Matt Darrow, seconded by Mrs. Pattie Day, the Board entered into an Executive Session in the District Office Conference Room at 5:33 p.m. for the purpose of discussing the following.  Motion carried 7-0.

• Contract Negotiations

It was announced that no action was anticipated.  Members present for the Executive Session included Jason Sanchez, Maggie Wesolowski, Jonathan Boucher, Travis Costin (Participated Virtually), Pattie Day, Valerie Day, and Matt Darrow.

Mrs. Pattie Day left the meeting at 5:58 p.m. and returned at 6:24 p.m.

The Board was called out of their Executive Session by President Sanchez at 7:43 p.m.

ADJOURNMENT

On a motion made by Mrs. Maggie Wesolowski, seconded by Mr. MattDarrow, the Board adjourned their Special Meeting at 7:44 p.m.  Motion carried 7-0.
