Fisher Elementary recognized their April Bucket Fillers for patience. The Oxford Dictionary defines patience as "the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, trouble, or suffering without getting angry or upset." These students show they can "wait" even when waiting is hard. Each month, Fisher teachers and staff nominate students who model that months positive character trait. Those students receive a "Good Neighbor" certificate from Scott Grates - State Farm Insurance and a t-shirt.
