Two CVA students students enrolled in the Herkimer-Fulton-Hamilton-Otsego Boces CTE program each took second place in the SkillsUSA New York Area II Regional Conference on Friday, Feb. 9, at SUNY Morrisville. Junior Pace Ludwig took second in Diesel Equipment Tech and Senior Courtney White took second in Senior Cosmetology.
