In her recent weekly update, Mohawk Valley Health Systems CEO Darlene Stromstad threw a lot of love to CVA's Key Club for the club's Feb. 13 Teddy Bear Toss/Toy Drive.

The club asked CVA Thunder fans to bring new and unwrapped toys to the boys varsity basketball game, then throw them onto the court between the first and second periods. Key Club members collected the stuffed animals and bagged them for delivery.

According to the MVHS newsletter, the toys will be distributed to the Ambulatory Surgery Unit and the Pediatrics unit at Wynn Hospital as well as area pediatric offices.
